Abstract:
The world is a place where
constant competition among different forces can be felt. Some of the forces are
small, known as micro forces while the bigger and stronger ones are known as
macro forces. Now, our main concern in the 21st century is globalization.
Forces have definitely found their new dimensions with the application of
technology, which has pushed effective communication to its zenith. This is a
world of endless advancement and the growth is too fast for a single person to
follow. In this turbulent time any establishment may be nipped in the bud if a
proper leadership is not present there to guide the direction of its force. (Zapke-Schauer, 2005) This paper analyzes the
different aspects associated with leadership with due focus on the qualities of
Warren Buffet.
