Paper Abstract
An 8 page paper that discusses the issue of UPS's expansion in Louisville, Kentucky and the requests they made of the city and state for assurances that the thousands of available jobs would be able to be filled. The writer discusses the benefits of having UPS located in the city and how UPS and city and state government officials were able to work together to resolve the problems.
