Paper Abstract
An 18 page paper identifying specific stakeholders in several aspects of operation of a rail service provider. Iarnr?d ?ireann provides both passenger and cargo rail service in Ireland. The company has invested heavily in infrastructure training for several years, and it now seeks to determine how effective that training is. The purpose here is to provide a literature review addressing the effects of Iarnr?d ?ireann’s training on all stakeholders. Bibliography lists 8 sources.
