Paper Abstract
This 10 page paper in written in two parts. The first part explain what it meant by the term transformation process in business and how this occurs. The paper uses the example of a travel agent and also presents a Gantt chart for a sample transformation process. The second part of the paper then defines and then gives examples of the different terms, these include the terms such as supply chain, systems users, transformation process, enterprise goals and quality assurance.
