As one of the basics
of any company creation, a group of investors is formed. This group is the
company’s shareholders. As any investor, this group would like to profit from
its investment. To ensure that the company would not invest the mentioned group
money in wrong investments, the investors have a financial agent within the
company. This agent is the company’s financial manager. As the job description
suggests, the financial manager’s job is to manage the acquisition, financing,
and management of the company’s assets
