Paper Abstract
This 10 page paper provides an overview of the labor relations laws, including right to work laws and laws prohibiting union security clauses in labor agreements. This paper evaluates the guidelines set by the National Labor Relations Act, and also considers attempts at initiating union security clauses and the implications of both for the negotiating and arbitration of labor agreements.
