Paper Abstract
A 6 page exploration of the 1973 Chilean revolution and the 1797 Haiti revolution. The author emphasizes that while both of these revolutions, in the short term, accomplished their original rational or purpose but both failed in the long term to progressively better the conditions for the people that launched them.
