Paper Abstract
A 5 page paper which examines the strides made in recycling as well as areas still deficient. Recent developments in the industry including, the 'pay as you throw' system of municipal garbage disposal, 'producer responsibility,' and 'green design,' will be discussed. Bibliography lists 11 sources.
