of Organization
           For over fifty years, Doctor's Healthcare System has been
the leading healthcare system in South Florida. The system consist of Doctor's
Regional Hospital and Doctor's Hospital South located in Hollywood along with
the Children's Hospital which is the leading children's hospital in Broward and
Palm Beach Counties, Doctor's Hospital West located in Pembroke Pines, Doctor's
Hospital Miramar and Doctor's Hospital Pembroke which is also located in
Pembroke Pines. The healthcare system offers the community a variety of medical
and surgical services including a comprehensive range of pediatric services.
The system also includes a nursing home as well as other additional health care
facilities that provide a variety of health care services. Doctor's Regional
Hospital in Hollywood, Florida is the main facility of the Healthcare System
and is one of the largest in Florida (mhs.net). It offers a variety of services
that include a Cardiac and Vascular Institute with nationally renowned surgeons
and a Cancer Institute that treats more inpatients than any other in Broward
County (mhs.net).
