Paper Abstract
This 8 page research paper examines the concept of misogyny and its role in the social construction of the male identity. Specifically discussed are its implications for social equality, the role of religion in supporting or rejecting misogyny, violence, attitudes of women and homosexuals and the relation to homophobia.
