10 pages in length. The desire to steer clear of any and all conflict is a natural reaction for many people in the workplace; to engage in discord is both unfamiliar and uncomfortable. However, functioning in an environment totally devoid of conflict is not only unrealistic when people of so many backgrounds, experience and abilities are brought together, but it is also unhealthy for the company's overall strength.
