Organizational
structure is a toll for the implementation of the organization’s strategy. It
helps to achieve the company’s goals by the coordination of diverse tasks. When
a new strategy is presented to the organization, the organizational structure
should redesign to accommodate the new strategy. Those divers’ structures can
