Abstract
The role of a leader takes on
many different forms and tasks. A
personal leadership philosophy is a way to leading others and the commitment
that you have towards yourself and your peers.
The philosophy is a way that we are to not only run our careers but it
also stems over into our personal lives.
In this instance, the two cannot be separated. I believe that every person entering the job
corps needs to have a personal leadership philosophy. It is essential in thriving as an individual
and is important to any potential employer that is willing to put a part of
their company into your hands.
