Paper Abstract
This 20 page paper provides an overview of the current literature that reflects the process of change in the Minnesota Rural Electric Cooperative Industry as the industry itself moves towards deregulation. This paper considers the impact on the rural vs. suburban customers, including the impacts of the change from an engineering to a marketing focus and the introduction of restructuring and leadership theories into the operations of the industry.
