Abstract
Johannes Brahms is amongst most praiseworthy German composer
of classical music composer during nineteenth-century. His creative work
demonstrated various forms and genres of Viennese classicism that would
continue to have artistic validity with the ethos of Romanticism. Brahms
composed for piano, chamber ensembles, symphony orchestra and for voice and
chorus. As a talented pianist, he gave the first performance of many of his own
works.
