Paper Abstract
This 6 page paper considers international law regarding the responsibility of the state towards aliens. Two cases are considered, those of Roberts (United States) v. United Mexican States and Neer and Neer (United States) v. United Mexican States. The facts of the cases are considered and the reasons behind the different outcomes in both these cases is discussed. The case information was supplied by the student.
