Paper Abstract
A 10 page paper offering suggestions for improvements that could be made relative to CPU use, memory and I/O devices in a Windows® environment. The paper proposes a dual-core processor; a dedicated “booster” system for memory, consisting of a redundant system that becomes operational when needed; and tethering I/O devices so that they contain their own drivers and power sources.
