long healthy life. Even though eating unhealthy can be temporary satisfying but
after a long period of time it can have a adverse effect on your health. There
are many ways to eats healthy and every good plan should be tailored to the
individual that will be using the plan, because we are all different every plan
will be different also. Eating healthy can lower your blood pressure and
cholesterol and get an individual down to a healthy weight. Sometimes it is
helpful to make a journal and keeping a record of what you eat can help you see
where you may be eating unhealthy. Not eating fast foods continues to be the
regimen to follow. Eating snacks during the day can avoid over eating at
mealtime and aid in keeping the metabolism active. Some snacks that are
