of communication are as varied as the people that use them. Often, due to the extreme complexity of human
nature and emotion, countless opportunities exist for conflict. Though conflict and misunderstandings are
inevitable, numerous methods can be employed to reduce the occurrence and
impact of such miscommunications. The
following is a possible situation that centers on a communication issue in the
workplace and will cover certain aspects such as the factors contributing to
the conflict, possible ways to resolve the conflict and what skills would
improve interaction for all parties involved.
