External and Internal Factors of Google
           Management is affected by many
factors, both internal and external. Of
these factors, this paper will focus on innovation, ethics, and technology in
relation to the Internet Company Google; and how each factor relates to the
four functions of management.
Innovation
           Management planning impacts
innovation at the earliest stages of development. These stages are at a point in the business
process when the ideas are being formed and the needs and wants of the
customers are being assessed and evaluated.Â
In the case of Google, management knows that consumers want both speed
and ease of use with their searching, so they developed a homepage that is both
simplified and helpful (The Sun, 2006).Â
Management works closely with business development, computer
engineering, finance, and other target resources to follow the process of
innovation from inception to product roll out.
