Paper Abstract
A 4 page paper which examines whether or not status offenders and juvenile delinquents should be treated alike by the justice system, considers the reasons behind why males exhibit more delinquent behavior than females, and assesses if there should be mandatory incarceration for chronic juvenile offenders.
