Ethical Issues in Management
     When dealing with ethical issues in
management, managers must use good ethical judgment when making decisions. Managers
have to be accountable to the upper management as well as the employees under
them. Managers must think of the company and do what is right ethically,
morally and legally for everyone involved. Sometimes managers must go against
their better judgment for the good of the company and it’s employees. Managers
will come into contact with personal and social issues on an almost daily basis
when working with employees.
