Ethics and Social Responsibility
Introduction
Ethics are the values, morals and principles in which a person
lives their day to day lives by. When we combine ethics with business,
basically it is the same but there are some major differences. Ethics in
business may lead to some d ecisions that are legal but unethical. Others may
lead to an ethical decision that may be illegal. When dealing with ethics
within business we must look at what a company expects regardless of our
personal choices. Although personal and business ethics are very different,
they are also much the same. Whether you are dealing with business ethics or
with personal ethics the end result is the same, they define who you are as a
person or you as a business.
