Paper Abstract
A 5 page paper evaluating the motivations for foreign policy in the forms that it takes. The paper discusses President Bush's handling of the fall of communism in the former USSR and the stance that Bill Clinton took in the early days of the Bosnian crisis. It concludes that foreign policy, though ostensibly social in its intent, primarily is psychological in its formation and implementation. Bibliography lists 6 sources.
