Part One:
Analysis
The assumption held by several department heads of Acuscan,
Inc., is described herein. These are Cliff O’Connor, CEO, Pat Lambert, Director
of Marketing, Chris Martinas, Vice President of Product Development and Kelly
Thomas, Senior Engineer of Product Development.

Kelly

Pat
is trying to go over Kelly’s head by talking to other developers on his staff.

He
does not agree with Pat’s business practices.
3.
Getting
existing work done will be difficult due to previous layoffs.
4.
There
are not enough resources or people due to a previous layoff to complete this
project.

Kelly
does not believe the budget allocation and timeline are realistic.
