The city of Kelsey was incorporated in
1932. The motto reveals that the city
has the amenities of a large city with small city charm. The current population is 53, 000 people
where they enjoy public schools, stability in the job market, reliable
transportation, and recreation. Freedom
to speech and privacy impact the people of Kelsey. In this paper team D will analyze how
constitutional rights affect the people of Kelsey by reviewing the current laws
concerning emails in the workplace, polygraph testing, surveillance cameras and
the phone system of the small town.
