Paper Abstract
A 4 page paper discussing two huge management errors of the past as today, most of us use Windows®-based computers and record an occasional television show on our old VHS machines. The result could have been quite different, had Sony and Apple chosen to allow others to share in their discoveries and efforts, and taken advantage of the creativity of others.
