Paper Abstract
4 pages in length. An analytical discussion of how paintings from different eras are indeed, representative of entirely different genres. The writer describes Francois Boucher's "The Toilet of Venus" as being exemplary of the Sensibilite Movement while Greuz's "Broken Eggs" is more clearly a work from the Rococo Period. The key features that separate these two types of art are defined and each painting is described in the context of its own period. No Bibliography.
