Business Plan
The name of the
business is Superior Financial Consultants; the main objective of the business
is to provide financial advice to the people in terms of budgeting, financial
planning, taxes, banking and investment advice.
I shall choose a sole
proprietorship. The reasons that the company has chosen this structure are
independence and ability to create personal image and reputation on the market.
Major corporations create their reputation in decades but the small companies
can do that in much shorter period of time. More than anything it is the
simplest form of business possible which does not have a dependence on anyone
for approval or any such thing, Chapter 1-Introduction to Financial Statements,
