Globalization in the Caribbean Region
   The region that encircles the Caribbean Sea is perhaps the most diverse region on the
planet. It encompasses a vast geographically area that includes some of the
most beautiful terrain in the world, and includes nearly every possible
ecosystem in the environment. The Caribbean is
a tourist hotspot that can rival any other in the world. However, to truly
understand the Caribbean today, one must
understand its history. The Caribbean has a
history that is long, and wrapped with colonization and conquest. The Caribbean
people have lacked an identity as they are mostly descendents of former slaves
and Spanish colonists….
